We are currently in the process of building new business premises to Iso-Heikkilä, Turku. The location can be modified according to your business's individual needs. It can be modified, for example, to an office building with a warehouse, or even into a showroom/office combination. The space can also be used as a storage.

Without any additions, the floor area of the building is 379m². If needed, all sections can accommodate an extra 100m²in the second floor. All the different sections can be added together, which means that the possible first floor area can be either 379m², 758m² or 1137m². With the extra floor space, the largest possible floor space of the whole building can be up to 1437m².
